As a key member of our specialist team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of ear, nose, and throat medicine within our expanding healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive specialist medical and surgical care for patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, accurate diagnoses, and develop effective personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform complex ENT surgical procedures adhering to the highest standards of medical ethics and patient safety.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train resident doctors, medical students, and other clinical support staff.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, morbidity and mortality reviews, and multidisciplinary clinical conferences.
  • Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.

Qualifications
  • Possess a primary medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Hold a postgraduate fellowship in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) or an equivalent recognized international body.
  • Must possess a current and valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Demonstrate relevant clinical experience in diagnosing and treating diverse ENT conditions.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
