Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, continuous primary and family medical care to patients of all age groups.
- Assess, diagnose, and effectively manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Coordinate patients' ongoing care and provide appropriate, timely referrals to internal and external medical specialists.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Educate patients and their families on preventative healthcare, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Participate in continuous medical education programs and contribute to the professional development of the wider healthcare team.
- Possession of a recognized Medical Degree (MBBS) from an accredited institution.
- Valid specialist qualification in Family Medicine or Family Practice.
- Current, unencumbered registration and a valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in a reputable healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, accurate diagnosis, and independent decision-making.
