About the Role
RealNov8 Estates, a premier property development and estate management firm under the RealNov8 Group in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is looking for an innovative Media Manager. In this role, you will spearhead our media strategies, manage digital campaigns, and produce engaging content that showcases our luxury and affordable housing portfolios to prospective clients across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive media and digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility for real estate projects.
- Create, edit, and distribute engaging multimedia content across social media platforms, websites, and traditional media outlets.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize performance to ensure high return on investment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce promotional materials, property video tours, and brochures.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to keep RealNov8 Estates at the forefront of the property market.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in media management, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design, video editing software, and social media management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work creatively and independently in a fast-paced corporate environment based in Port Harcourt.
