About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team and support our clients in the downstream oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Install, position, align, level, and anchor fuel dispensers and related mechanical equipment at service stations according to strict engineering specifications.
- Assemble nozzles, hoses, fittings, and internal mechanical components with precision.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, and complex mechanical repairs on dispensing units.
- Support comprehensive mechanical testing, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults, identify root causes, and execute prompt corrective actions to minimize site downtime.
- Collaborate closely with Electrical Technicians to ensure seamless, integrated mechanical and electrical installations.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all site operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on mechanical experience, preferably within the fuel station hardware or downstream petroleum sector.
- Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in equipment installation, mechanical alignment, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Strong ability to work effectively alongside multidisciplinary electrical teams during combined installation projects.
