Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of mechanical engineering projects with a strong focus on power plant construction.
  • Manage gas piping installation, testing, and commissioning in compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to design, review, and modify technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and enforce strict adherence to HSE guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and technical evaluations for senior management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of general engineering experience, with at least 6 years specifically in Power Plant construction.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in Gas Piping systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering design software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex industrial projects within tight schedules in Nigeria.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
