Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical systems for residential housing projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for estate development
- Oversee installation and quality assurance of mechanical infrastructure
- Collaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on existing mechanical systems
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project drawings
- Ensure all work complies with Nigerian building codes and international standards
- Contribute to cost optimization and sustainable design practices
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Professional certification or registration with relevant engineering bodies
- Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience in mechanical engineering
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and infrastructure design
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical design tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and standards preferred
