Key Responsibilities- Lead the maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, and operations of FMCG high-speed automation lines.
- Apply strong on-ground technical practical skills in machinery, tools, and complex problem-solving.
- Achieve optimal production outputs by maintaining precise mechanical alignments for automated stations.
- Ensure all components within the production line are fully synchronized for maximum stability and productivity.
- Work extensively with pneumatics automation, accurately read engineering drawings, and execute prompt repairs.
- Bachelor degree, HND, or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience working in FMCG high-speed automation environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical alignments, pneumatics automation, and reading technical drawings.
