About the Role

We are currently expanding our technical team and looking for a dedicated Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to oversee building services and installations on our prestigious construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all mechanical and electrical installations on construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate M&E contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and site activities to maintain project timelines.
- Manage HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, fire protection, and power systems.
- Interpret M&E drawings, technical documents, and project schedules accurately.
- Conduct rigorous testing, commissioning, inspection, and quality control of all M&E installations.
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders under pressure.
- BSc or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in mechanical and electrical building services within the construction or real estate industry.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, safety regulations, and M&E systems.
