About the Role
Rayfield Medical Services Ltd is a trusted private healthcare institution committed to delivering quality, affordable, and patient-centered medical care in Plateau State, Nigeria. Established in 2013, we operate as a licensed secondary healthcare facility providing 24-hour medical services to individuals, families, and communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and visionary Matron to lead our nursing department and uphold our commitment to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership and management for the entire nursing department.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in compliance with hospital standards.
- Maintain rigorous nursing standards and oversee clinical protocols across all shifts.
- Coordinate nursing staff rosters, resource allocation, and daily operational activities.
- Mentor, supervise, and support the continuous professional development of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with hospital management to support continuous improvement in healthcare services.
- Degree in Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution.
- Valid and current license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-NYSC clinical experience.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
