Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school sections, ensuring alignment with national educational standards.
  • Oversee daily school operations, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and student performance evaluation.
  • Mentor, coach, and evaluate teachers to foster continuous professional growth and instructional excellence.
  • Maintain a safe, disciplined, and inclusive school environment that reflects our core values of excellence and discipline.
  • Engage proactively with parents, guardians, and the wider community to build strong partnerships supporting student success.
  • Implement innovative teaching strategies and co-curricular programs to ensure the holistic development of all students.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed in Education or a related field (higher degrees will be an added advantage).
  • At least 5 years of proven work experience in a leadership or senior teaching role within a reputable educational institution.
  • Preferred Gender: Female.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a deep understanding of modern educational practices and curriculum management.
