About the Role
Binta International School, a renowned group of creche, nursery, basic, and high schools founded in 1994 and famous for our motto "excellence and discipline," is seeking a visionary and dynamic Head Teacher to join our leadership team in Lagos State. Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school sections, ensuring alignment with national educational standards.
- Oversee daily school operations, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and student performance evaluation.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate teachers to foster continuous professional growth and instructional excellence.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and inclusive school environment that reflects our core values of excellence and discipline.
- Engage proactively with parents, guardians, and the wider community to build strong partnerships supporting student success.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies and co-curricular programs to ensure the holistic development of all students.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed in Education or a related field (higher degrees will be an added advantage).
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in a leadership or senior teaching role within a reputable educational institution.
- Preferred Gender: Female.
