Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive mathematics curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Create engaging lesson plans that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and continuous evaluation
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student academic growth
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and school initiatives
- Participate in professional development and curriculum improvement activities
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related discipline
- Proven teaching experience in secondary or primary education
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for mentoring and knowledge transfer
- Professional demeanor with commitment to educational excellence
- Valid teaching certification or WAEC/NECO qualifications preferred
