Canterbury International Schools runs a Pre-School, Kindergarten, Primary and High School. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons to Senior Secondary students up to the WASSCE level.
- Prepare students successfully for international examinations including the IGCSE curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and schemes of work in line with national and international standards.
- Assess, monitor, and record students progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. (Ed.), B.A. (Ed.), or B.Ed. in Mathematics or a related discipline.
- At least five (5) years of proven teaching experience in Senior Secondary education up to WASSCE level.
- Demonstrated ability to teach Mathematics at the IGCSE level is essential.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
