Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to learners with varying academic needs.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and active student participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administrators, and parents to discuss student development and strategize academic improvements.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience, particularly in delivering mathematics instruction to young learners.
- Strong passion for education with a deep understanding of child development and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire students.
- Valid teaching certification or professional registration is an added advantage.
