Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to learners of diverse abilities.
- Create a stimulating, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Prepare students effectively for internal examinations, external certifications, and academic competitions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance academic programs and extracurricular activities.
- Engage parents and guardians regularly regarding student academic progress and developmental milestones.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience within a recognized primary or secondary educational setting.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical methods and curriculum implementation in Nigeria.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring young learners toward academic success.
- Valid teaching certification or registration with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
