Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to address individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and productive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student academic performance and behavioral development.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable educational institution is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the subject matter with the ability to teach various grade levels effectively.
