Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to improve academic performance.
- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration in organizing academic activities, extracurricular programs, and school events.
- Integrate moral standards and Islamic values into daily student mentorship and interactions.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and academic achievements.
- Minimum of a B.Sc., B.Ed., HND, or PGD in Education with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics with proven lesson delivery skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse classrooms effectively.
- ICT literacy is a strong added advantage for modern digital lesson delivery.
- Familiarity with and appreciation for Islamic values will be considered an added advantage.
