Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and structured mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic growth.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades as required by school policy.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to develop and improve mathematics programs and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and academic achievements.
- Instill strong moral values and ethical standards in students, aligning with the core mission of Future Leaders School.
- Possession of a B.A. Ed, B.Sc. Ed, B.A., B.Sc., HND, or NCE in Mathematics or a related relevant subject.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized educational institution is highly preferred.
- A demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong command of the English language and the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
