Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics and Further Mathematics in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Integrate mindfulness and positive mentoring techniques into daily classroom activities to enhance cognitive development.
- Prepare students thoroughly for internal and external examinations.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic growth and well-being of every student.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc in Mathematics, or a related field with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven teaching experience handling Mathematics and Further Mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Strong command of the Nigerian educational curriculum and relevant external examination standards.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
