We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Materials & Logistics Supervisor to oversee our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring seamless movement of critical oilfield assets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the efficient movement, storage, and inventory management of drilling equipment, tubulars, and consumables to and from rig sites.
- Manage vessel and truck scheduling to guarantee timely deliveries and minimize operational logistics delays.
- Oversee comprehensive warehouse management functions and ensure strict tracking manifest accuracy.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels using advanced ERP systems and reconcile physical stock with system records regularly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to streamline supply chain workflows and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Enforce compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all material handling and transport activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in oilfield logistics management and materials control.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing ERP inventory tracking systems, with specific proficiency in SAP.
- Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, tubulars, and oilfield consumables handling.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
