Key Responsibilities- Manage material inventory, tracking, and stock levels across operational facilities
- Coordinate procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure timely material availability
- Oversee warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and implement material management procedures aligned with company standards
- Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status and material movements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with operational teams to forecast material requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of material management experience in Oil & Gas or similar industries
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas operations is highly advantageous
