As a SAP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP systems to support business operations across regional teams
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and efficiency
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge management
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support integration of SAP modules across different regional offices
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience with SAP systems (SAP ERP, modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities and team collaboration experience
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes is advantageous
- Relevant SAP certification desirable
