We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness treatments, ensuring every client enjoys a relaxing, safe, and personalised experience in our upscale facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation massage tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Assess client comfort, pressure tolerance, and contraindications prior to commencing each session.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitisation, and safety in treatment rooms before, during, and after appointments.
- Recommend suitable add-on services, packages, and wellness offerings to encourage client retention and repeat bookings.
- Collaborate effectively with the spa and customer experience teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Relevant training or certification in massage therapy or a recognised wellness-related discipline.
- Proven practical experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury spa, hotel, wellness centre, or professional clinic.
- Strong understanding of massage techniques, contraindications, hygiene standards, and professional boundaries.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills with a calm and reassuring demeanour.
