Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in mass communication and related media disciplines to students.
- Develop and update course outlines, lecture notes, and practical training materials in line with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide students on media projects, research work, and career pathways within the broadcasting and entertainment sectors.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical media presentations.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development committees, and institute-wide academic events.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification such as a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated teaching experience within a reputable tertiary institution or professional training institute.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian media landscape, broadcasting, journalism, and digital media production.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a passion for mentoring young talents.
- Ability to utilize modern teaching aids and digital learning platforms effectively.
