We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Editing Lecturer to impart industry-standard knowledge and practical skills to our students, helping them thrive in the dynamic media and entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive theoretical and practical lectures on video editing, post-production workflows, and industry-standard software.
  • Develop and update engaging curriculum materials, lesson plans, and practical training projects for students.
  • Mentor and assess students, providing constructive feedback on their editing portfolios and practical assignments.
  • Supervise student final-year and semester-end video production and post-production projects.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to organize workshops, seminars, and practical masterclasses.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and techniques in the global film and television post-production industry.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification in Film, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, Post-Production Supervisor, or Film Educator.
  • In-depth mastery of industry-standard editing suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and youth development within the creative sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
