Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain positive relationships with assigned existing clients upon resumption to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire clients as you gain industry experience.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance company visibility and brand awareness.
- Attend to client inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and serve as a reliable brand ambassador for Resurgir Consulting.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- HND or BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven marketing or customer relationship management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and build long-lasting professional relationships.
