Key Responsibilities- Attend to and maintain existing customer accounts assigned upon resumption to ensure continuous satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire customers as you gain experience.
- Support overall company growth and brand visibility through the execution of effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and client expectations.
- Possession of an HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven marketing or customer relationship management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage, maintain, and grow customer accounts successfully.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within Lagos.
