Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sustainable business growth
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Promote company products and services effectively to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships that generate repeat business
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives
- Prepare and submit regular, detailed marketing reports and performance metrics
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of Upper Credit or equivalent qualification
- Proven professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work independently while meeting ambitious targets
