About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content and Communications Associate to join our vibrant Lagos team. In this role, you will own and execute a comprehensive content strategy that reflects our firm’s brand, values, and expertise, delivering impactful communications across multiple channels in line with our style guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Own the firm's campaigns end-to-end, from research and proposals to delivery, coordinating with external stakeholders as needed.
- Drive a unified content plan that meets the firm's business goals while adapting to dynamic African and global market needs.
- Manage the firm’s communications and presentations across digital and traditional channels to support business development plans.
- Collaborate with internal legal experts to translate complex legal ideas into clear, engaging content for diverse platforms.
- Lead the production of articles, blogs, and case studies while managing an editorial calendar for timely publishing.
- Partner with the digital team to optimise content for SEO and website positioning using analytics to guide strategic improvements.
- Stay informed about legal and market trends to offer strategic insights that support brand growth and thought leadership.
- Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, and multi-channel communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong strategic thinking with a demonstrated track record of delivering end-to-end campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital analytics tools, and major social media platforms.
- Exceptional project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Legal acumen or previous experience working within the legal or professional services sector is a strong bonus.
