About the Role

Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre (LECC) is a leading multidisciplinary cardiovascular and cardiac rehabilitation facility dedicated to the advanced treatment and management of heart and vascular diseases. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to significantly increase patient volume, service utilization, and brand visibility.
  • Identify, target, and secure lucrative partnerships with corporate organizations, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), insurance providers, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Manage and nurture robust relationships with corporate clients and HMO representatives to drive continuous referrals and corporate healthcare contracts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging healthcare trends and untapped business opportunities within the Nigerian market.
  • Represent LECC professionally at industry conferences, corporate meetings, health fairs, and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative departments to design innovative, marketable healthcare packages.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation, delivering actionable performance reports to executive leadership.
  • Oversee both digital and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen the organization's market presence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the Nigerian healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships with HMOs, insurance companies, and major corporate bodies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape and regulatory environment.
  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
