About the Role

In this role, you will champion our pension products and services, expand our client base across Nigeria, and foster lasting relationships with individuals, employers, and corporate stakeholders to achieve key business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote pension schemes and retirement planning solutions.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities among corporate organizations, professional groups, and individual contributors.
- Conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and client education sessions on pension benefits and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the entire client onboarding lifecycle, from lead generation and transfer window activities to account opening and documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with customer service and operations teams to resolve client issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coach, mentor, and guide junior marketing professionals to build a high-performing business development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing and sales experience within the Nigerian pension industry, banking, insurance, or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of pension products, retirement planning, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Relevant professional certifications in marketing, pensions, or finance will be a distinct advantage.
