About the Role
Makarios Luxury Place is a master-planned, multi-billion naira luxury mixed-use real estate development sitting on approximately 34 to 40 hectares in Aiyeteju, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. Envisioned by prominent entrepreneur and clergyman Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, it is designed as a high-end live, work, and play mini-city along Lagos's rapidly expanding Lekki-Epe investment corridor. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Expert & Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and drive digital campaigns that attract qualified property buyers in Nigeria and the diaspora.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to generate high-quality real estate leads.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms with a strong focus on ROI and conversion.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content including copy, graphics, and video concepts for social media channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance metrics using data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and nurture prospective clients to support the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, proptech innovations, and competitor strategies within the Nigerian real estate market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably within real estate or luxury brands.
- Hands-on experience with paid social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation funnels.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools, social media management dashboards, and CRM software.
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills with a strong creative eye.
- Ability to understand the target market of high-net-worth individuals and diaspora investors.
