About the Role
Royal Farms Integrated Products Limited is a leading Nigerian agribusiness and food distribution company headquartered in Aba, Abia State. Since 2014, we have specialized in the large-scale supply, cold storage, and logistics of premium agro-allied commodities for wholesale and retail markets nationwide. We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Manager to spearhead our commercial growth, elevate brand visibility, and expand our market share across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales of agro-allied commodities and food staples nationwide.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media channels, and traditional advertising to strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities in the Nigerian food industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, B2B clients, wholesale partners, and retail distributors.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to align promotional campaigns with supply chain capacity.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG, agribusiness, or food distribution sector in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and B2B sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Aba, Abia State.
