We specialize in providing world-class academic preparation, including Cambridge A Levels and the International Foundation Programme (IFP), offering students a seamless transition into top undergraduate degrees across the USA, UK, Europe, and the Caribbean. Key Responsibilities- Generate high-quality leads and successfully convert prospective students into active enrolments for our academic programmes.
- Promote Westerfield College through strategic school visits, educational fairs, and targeted referral campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with secondary schools, parents, and guidance counsellors.
- Manage inbound and outbound enquiries, providing comprehensive information and guiding families through the admissions process.
- Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Conduct field marketing activities across Enugu and surrounding regions to expand the college's market presence.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, or business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Demonstrated track record in lead generation, client conversion, and target achievement.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and willing to undertake field marketing tasks within Enugu and environs.
