About the Role
Inguest Global Partners Limited, one of Africa's foremost people consulting firms, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving customer acquisition, expanding retail business volumes, and enhancing client engagement across traditional and digital banking channels.
Key Responsibilities- Drive customer acquisition and grow retail business volumes through strategic account opening for individuals and small to medium-scale enterprises.
- Provide actionable feedback to the sales and product management teams regarding market conditions and product development.
- Reactivate inactive and dormant accounts using branch channels, proxy reactivation, and USSD platforms.
- Onboard new and existing customers onto alternate banking channels, including mobile apps, internet banking, and USSD.
- Cross-sell value-added products and services to maximize customer lifetime value and satisfaction.
- Develop innovative initiatives and ideas to improve branch productivity and achieve organizational milestones.
- Build and implement effective customer retention strategies, utilizing communication and gamification techniques.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc degree from a reputable institution with completed NYSC.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing or sales experience in a professional environment.
- Must be exceptionally smart, tech-savvy, and comfortable with digital financial platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, strict adherence to ethical behavior, and confidentiality.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N180,000 to N230,000 (negotiable based on experience).
