About the Role
Premium Human Resource Solution Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our SME Banking team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market reach, onboarding new clients, and promoting innovative financial solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and onboard new retail banking customers and agents onto our advanced banking platform.
- Facilitate seamless account opening processes and ensure complete and accurate KYC documentation collection.
- Actively market and sell a diverse range of financial products, including POS terminals, digital banking applications, and specialized savings plans.
- Conduct check pickups for revenue collection, prepare detailed call memos, and develop comprehensive target market lists.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers and agents to guarantee consistent platform usage and high satisfaction.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding business group activities and assist with loan request documentation.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition, sales, and transaction targets.
- Minimum educational qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- At least one (1) year of proven sales or marketing experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N115,000 to N130,000.
