Key Responsibilities- Promote and market the company's loan products effectively to prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Generate high-quality leads through direct field marketing, strategic networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Educate prospective clients on loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Guide customers seamlessly through the loan application process and ensure proper documentation.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and application statuses.
- Provide regular, detailed reports on field activities, market trends, and sales performance to management.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, or banking.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales or customer acquisition targets.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidence, proactivity, discipline, and target orientation.
- Willingness and physical stamina to engage in routine field marketing activities across Nigeria.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
