About the Role
VINCI Construction is looking for a skilled Marine Maintenance Planner to support safe and reliable FPSO operations in a residential onshore work arrangement with periodic offshore visits. This crucial role ensures asset integrity, strict regulatory compliance, and optimal maintenance planning for all marine and hull systems.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, plan, and schedule preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance activities using SAP PM.
- Ensure compliance with Classification Society standards including BV, DNV, and ABS, alongside NUPRC and NCDMB regulations.
- Develop detailed maintenance work packs, 30-day, 90-day, and annual look-ahead plans to maximize equipment reliability.
- Oversee marine inspection campaigns, hull surveys, safety equipment checks, and close-out of integrity findings.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to manage critical spares and ensure material readiness.
- Monitor key performance indicators like schedule compliance, maintenance backlog, and equipment reliability.
- Uphold strict adherence to company HSE policies, Job Hazard Analyses, and Permit-to-Work procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Marine Engineer Officer or Chief Engineer Officer certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore, FPSO, marine, or oil and gas operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintenance planning, SAP PM proficiency, and marine regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and classification society requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multidisciplinary stakeholder management skills.
