Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level strategic leadership to oversee overall company operations, financial performance, and long-term business objectives.
- Drive aggressive business development, secure lucrative new contracts, and deepen strategic relationships with International Oil Companies (IOCs) and major energy players.
- Oversee the flawless execution of underwater engineering, subsea maintenance, and critical infrastructure projects while ensuring strict adherence to global safety and industry standards.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, commercial activities, and stakeholder engagement to maximize revenue and business opportunities.
- Direct financial management, operational efficiency, and organizational development to maintain a competitive edge in the Nigerian market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a mandatory MBA and relevant professional certifications.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in senior leadership, business management, or contracting.
- Demonstrated expertise working with major energy firms, with deep familiarity with their procurement, contracting, and vendor management lifecycles.
