About the Role
STAT MARINE, an established leader in marine and engineering services since 1983, is seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary Managing Director to drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee our comprehensive marine, offshore, and onshore engineering operations, ensuring seamless project delivery, strong client relationships, and strict adherence to international safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic objectives set by the Board to drive profitability and expand market share in the marine and energy sectors.
- Provide executive oversight for all offshore and onshore engineering projects, ensuring safe execution within budget and schedules.
- Optimize fleet performance, vessel utilization, and marine logistics in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead business development initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and negotiate major commercial contracts.
- Manage company financials, capital expenditure budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.
- Champion a robust Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) culture across all operations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing management team to foster a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- MBA or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with significant executive leadership in the marine, oil and gas, or engineering services industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale project execution, commercial management, and financial governance.
