We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven MEP Supervisor to join our growing operations and drive the successful execution of complex building services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems installation across multiple project locations in Nigeria.
- Review MEP engineering drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material submissions, and technical proposals.
- Direct internal maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, and monitor task execution to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve MEP-related technical issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites.
- Possess a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in MEP systems coordination, project supervision, facilities engineering, and technical installations.
- Demonstrate strong practical experience managing MEP works on commercial and infrastructural projects.
- Show proficiency in industry-standard design tools including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Possess excellent site supervision, contractor management, quality control, testing, and commissioning skills.
