We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Manager, Specialised Sectors, North portfolio. In this strategic role, you will map out high-value market opportunities, formulate robust business strategies, and drive flawless execution across the Northern region. You will leverage your industry expertise and executive presence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, positioning Stanbic IBTC as the financial partner of choice for specialized sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to identify and capture new business opportunities within specialized sectors across the Northern region.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, business analysis planning, and requirements elicitation to understand client needs and align them with banking solutions.
- Engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from C-suite executive leadership to operational teams within target organizations.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate strategy execution, ensuring that commercial targets and key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to assess, validate, and deliver tailored financial solutions for clients.
- First degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of solid banking industry experience, with a strong focus on the financial sector and managing small businesses.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and operations with a consistent history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong behavioural competencies including excellent rapport-building, idea generation, factual documentation, information examination, and collaborative teamwork.
