About the Role
Ernst & Young is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our esteemed Tax Practice in Nigeria. In this role, you will help our diverse clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes, identify planning opportunities, ensure compliance, and minimize tax burdens while driving business growth and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on multiple and challenging regulatory and tax advisory engagements.
- Undertake legal and regulatory research to assess the impact of legislative changes.
- Support clients in regulatory compliance, including the preparation and submission of filings.
- Liaise with regulators, obtain necessary licenses, and ensure prompt policy updates.
- Collaborate on business development initiatives and assist in reaching client service goals.
- Coordinate training and capacity-building activities focused on compliance and regulatory developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (minimum of Second-Class Upper Division).
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience or industry background.
