We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Finance & Accounts Manager to join our esteemed team in Nigeria. In this capacity, you will provide critical strategic and operational leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, risk management, and compliance to support sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of accurate, timely management accounts and comprehensive financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while conducting robust variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and vendor management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian tax laws, statutory regulations, and internal financial governance frameworks.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, driving prompt resolution of audit recommendations.
- Champion digital finance initiatives, process automation, and the enhancement of enterprise resource planning systems.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master Degree is an added advantage.
- 7 to 9 years of relevant professional finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Mandatory professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or CPA.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls, and tax compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling tools, and Advanced Excel.
