About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Facilities to oversee our regional facility operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain our corporate infrastructure to the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a dedicated team of facilities staff, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all assigned regional facilities.
- Implement and maintain robust safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Direct preventative repairs and maintenance procedures, ensuring all buildings, grounds, and equipment remain in optimal working condition.
- Liaise with external service providers and contractors, guaranteeing the use of high-quality materials and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage regional resources efficiently, overseeing procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Coordinate smaller projects, office renovations, and relocations to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Collaborate with Branch Service Managers (BSMs) and Asset Custodians to schedule planned preventive maintenance activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a relevant Master's degree or recognized professional certifications in facilities management will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in facilities management or customer service management, preferably within a corporate or financial institution environment.
- Strong technical competencies in risk management, real estate industry regulatory frameworks, and coaching.
- Exceptional behavioral competencies including decision-making, team empowerment, and upholding professional standards.
