About the Role
Tusen Consulting Limited is recruiting a dynamic and responsible Station Supervisor to oversee daily station operations and ensure seamless service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our on-site team, maintaining strict safety protocols, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily fuel station operations to guarantee smooth service and minimize operational downtime.
- Supervise station attendants and support staff, manage work schedules, and evaluate team performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, particularly regarding hazardous materials.
- Manage inventory levels for fuel, lubricants, and retail supplies, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site emergencies efficiently to maintain high satisfaction standards.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous supervisory or operational experience in a similar industry is a strong advantage.
