Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day business operations of Carew Couture and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
- Manage production schedules, monitor output quality, and ensure strict adherence to company standards and project deadlines.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a productive, creative, and collaborative working environment.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address bottlenecks, and align company goals.
- Maintain accurate operational records, inventory logs, and administrative documentation.
- Solve operational challenges promptly and implement efficient systems to optimize workflow.
- Proven experience in a managerial or operational role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using a laptop, professional email correspondence, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
