We are currently seeking a dynamic Management Information Systems Officer to maintain the integrity, security, and efficiency of our institutional data systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the university management information systems and student records databases.
- Support the deployment and management of computer-based testing (CBT) platforms and digital examination systems.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to streamline data collection, records management, and reporting processes.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and regular backup of all institutional databases and digital assets.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MIS-related hardware, software, and user issues.
- Generate accurate and timely reports for university management and regulatory bodies such as the NUC.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICT and Management Information Systems within a tertiary institution environment.
- Hands-on experience with database administration, records management, and computer-based testing systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in managing institutional software platforms and data security protocols.
