Key Responsibilities- Identify maintenance jobs and allocate tasks to technicians for efficient execution while supervising junior associates.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environment (SHE) policies, as well as HQSE modalities and codes during all tasks.
- Develop, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance overall departmental performance.
- Manage optimal inventory levels for spare parts and maintenance materials to prevent operational delays.
- Schedule overhauls of production lines and facilities, increasing preventive maintenance to reduce mean time between failures.
- Implement and instill basic cycle maintenance principles, including Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL).
- Plan and control weekly maintenance spending within approved budget limits.
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on operation and maintenance experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of bottling operations, GMP, and 5S standards.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and cross-functional relationship building.
- Excellent oral communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
