About the Role
Terra Energy Services Nigeria Ltd (TES) is a leading indigenous oil and gas engineering company providing integrated solutions across West Africa. We are seeking a technically competent and safety-focused Maintenance Supervisor to support reliable upstream operations in offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including manpower, materials, permits, and contractor support.
- Drive equipment reliability, root-cause analysis (RCA), defect elimination, and maintenance backlog reduction.
- Lead safe execution in compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and HSE policies.
- Ensure accurate CMMS work orders, equipment history, and maintenance documentation.
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of upstream oil and gas maintenance experience in offshore environments.
- Valid BOSIET/HUET and offshore medical certifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in CMMS, maintenance planning, and rotating/static equipment.
- Strong safety leadership, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary team management skills.
