About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is looking for a skilled Maintenance Readiness Planner to join our dynamic team supporting major oil and gas projects in Nigeria. In this specialized role, you will bridge the gap between the project EPC phase and the ultimate operational asset lifecycle, ensuring safe and reliable facility startup.
Key Responsibilities- Support the review of Capital and Operational Spare Parts Lists (CSPL/OSPL/SPIR) and build standard Bills of Materials.
- Coordinate dynamic work packages for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and initial startup sequences.
- Create and oversee asset preservation schedules for heavy rotating machinery, cryogenic valves, and instruments.
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance plans utilizing SAP S/4HANA and Primavera P6.
- Track work progress, productivity, labor hours, and schedule deviations while maintaining accurate planning data in the CMMS.
- Ensure all planned work complies with company HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of oil and gas plant maintenance experience, preferably within the LNG industry.
- At least 5 years of dedicated experience in Maintenance Planning, maintenance readiness, or CMMS data development.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Expertise in Asset Register Development, Equipment Criticality Assessment, and Work Instruction creation.
